Saeb Ireqat ( Abu ali ,as his friends call him ) and his Dept. of Negotiation just issued a statement about the Palestinian Independence Document of 15 November 1988 which was adopted by the Palestine National Congress session held in Algeria....This statement is one reason why such documents should not be issued....
It sure is a wired time the Palestinians and the whole world is living nowadays..
